We are experts in business process improvement. We are not content with simply identifying opportunities to improve business performance. We actually implement the changes by working side-by-side with both management and front-line personnel until our client realizes the agreed  financial and operational benefits. As a rule these changes do not require any capital investment.

Our approach combines three core disciplines:

Process Improvements: The thorough review and re-design of existing business practices and processes for all facets of a business, from sales and marketing to production, customer service, the entire supply chain, cost control, and capital expenditures to deliver measurable improvements in effectiveness and efficiency.

Behaviours: Working with, training, coaching and communicating with client employees at all levels to provide solutions which align thinking and behaviour in support of the re-designed or newly-created processes and systems to then facilitate sustainable change.

Management Operating Systems: The development of specific, focused, easily-understood, high-impact indicators which enable all levels of management to manage and monitor performance and to take corrective actions to improve areas of identified weakness on an ongoing basis to ensure the continuing improvements.

Working in partnership with our clients to implement solutions which combine these three disciplines accelerates the pace of change and the delivery of client benefits.

The project phase of the engagement is a period of in-depth analysis of the identified opportunities using a wide range of proprietary techniques to quantify the potential benefits of change and create support at all levels. The most critical phase of the engagement is the installation process, where the results are delivered through the implementation of the new or re-designed process improvements, management systems, and behavioural change programs.

This approach enables us to deliver substantial improvements to our clients that are measurable and sustainable. 

We are normally able to deliver a minimum ROI of 250% (in some cases substantially more), get back more than70% of the investment while still on the project (in many cases more than 100%).
